Welcome to Bazoocam. By accessing or using our platform, website, or WebRTC video chat services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before commencing any video conversation.

1. Age Requirement (Strict 18+ Rule)

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Bazoocam. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. By accessing Bazoocam, you affirm that you are a legal adult.

2. Acceptable Use & Conduct Rules

Bazoocam provides a fun, respectful social space. To preserve community safety, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors during video chat or while using the service:

  • Nudity & Sexual Misconduct: Broadcasting sexually explicit material, nudity, or engaging in indecent exposure.
  • Harassment & Hate Speech: Bullying, racial slurs, hate speech, threats, or aggressive behavior toward other participants.
  • Illegal Activities: Displaying weapons, illegal substances, or encouraging unlawful behavior.
  • Spam & Commercial Exploitation: Operating automated bots, broadcasting repetitive recorded videos, or promoting commercial websites/services.
  • Unauthorized Recording: Recording, screencapping, or broadcasting other users' webcam feeds without explicit mutual consent.

3. Moderation & Ban Enforcement

Bazoocam operates 24/7 automated detection routines combined with human moderation. We reserve the absolute right to monitor traffic, inspect flagged sessions, and immediately terminate access or issue temporary or permanent IP bans to any user violating these Terms without prior notice or liability.

4. WebRTC Video Chat Platform Disclaimer

Bazoocam acts purely as a technical provider establishing real-time video connections between independent strangers. We do not preview, edit, or control live user streams. As a result:

  • You acknowledge that live stranger interactions carry inherent unpredictability.
  • You are solely responsible for your interactions and personal safety decisions on the platform.
  • You agree to hit the "Next" button or use the "Report" feature immediately if encountered with uncomfortable behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All original platform branding, logos, website layout, graphics, icebreaker mini-games, and software code are the intellectual property of Bazoocam. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform assets without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bazoocam and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the video chat service, interaction with other users, or temporary service interruptions.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Bazoocam after updated Terms are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised agreement.
